Find your unique PUCA Membership Type and Level and CLICK the appropriate box for that Membership Type.  A member profile form screen will open for you to enter your pertinent information.  A confirmation message then will provide a link to a Secure Online Payment Form where you can complete your registration. 

NOTE:  Notice regarding tax deductibility of PUCA/NUCA dues:  Due to the Budget Revenue Reconciliation Act of 1993, any dues revenues utilized by a trade association for lobbying purposes cannot be deducted by a member who paid the dues.  In accordance with the Act, PUCA is hereby notifying it’s membership that it estimates 18% of 2007 PUCA/NUCA dues paid by members in determining what portion of their PUCA dues are deductible.  Provide a copy of this notice to your accountant and tax preparer.  Contributions or gifts to PUCA are also not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  Dues are nonrefundable.

Contractor member: Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in the construction and/or rehabilitation of utility systems including, but not limited to, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and drainage, systems, water lines, cables (underground communication and electric), ducts, conduits, gas lines, tunneling, boring, trenchless construction, treatment systems, pump stations and other utility construction and appurtenances thereof.

 Membership Investment pays for membership from January 1 thru December 31.  NUCA only: Multiple locations of the same company may be added at a cost of $275 each. To qualify, the company name must exactly match the name of the main office.  Please contact the PUCA office to add a multiple location to your investment fee.  $15 of dues will be applied toward your subscription to the NUCA Utility Contractor magazine.

LIFETIME
    

In recognition of outstanding contribution to the underground contracting industry, PUCA members who have ever served a term as national officer of NUCA shall be eligible for nomination as a life member of the PUCA Board of Directors. 
Also, the same designation and courtesies shall be extended to any individual who is no longer actively engaged in the contracting business, but who completed at least one full term as President of PUCA or its predecessor organizations.
